Pack 8 meets in downtown Wilson, North Carolina at First Baptist Church of Wilson and is a member of the East Carolina Council.

The Pack fosters growth and learning for our scouts through the Cub Scout motto “Do Your Best” and the Scout oath; “On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight”.

Through service opportunities, “go-see-it” trips, and weekend excursions our cub scouts experience fulfilling opportunities while preparing themselves to cross over into the Troop.

All of our adult leaders have completed the Scouting America requirements for background checks and Safeguarding Youth Training (formerly Youth Protection Training).

Cub Scouts is for youth from Kindergarten to 5th grade (ages typically 5 to 10). The Pack typically meets Tuesday nights at 7 pm during the school year.
